Eleanor Marie Voss, 42, of Junction City, died unexpectedly on November 5th. She was born August 2, 1983, and worked as a librarian at the Junction City Public Library for over a decade.

Ellie was an avid gardener, cat lover, and supporter of local literacy programs. Friends describe her as “gentle and curious,” always seeking meaning in old stories and forgotten books.

Visitation will be held at Westbrook Funeral Home on Friday from 5–8 P.M. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Her coworkers noted that her reading lamp remained lit when they found her desk.
